Habitat for Humanity to Build 7 Homes on North Clinton Avenue

The land where seven homes will be built by Habitat on N. Clinton Avenue.

Habitat For Humanity of Trenton held a groundbreaking ceremony last week to celebrate the construction of seven new homes on the 500 block of North Clinton Avenue.

habitat homes trenton 3The non-profit housing group builds, renovates and repairs houses all over the world using volunteer labor and donations. Habitat for Humanity does not give away houses. Habitat homeowners purchase their houses through affordable monthly mortgage payments.

Habitat for Humanity of Trenton has built 87 homes in the Trenton area over the past 26 years.

City officials, volunteers and the seven new partner families who will be buying the homes took part in the celebration.

  • This is such great news. I’m excited for the families. I was wondering how do you go about entering this program. This would be a great opportunity for myself.
